Great doctor, just keep having issues with the front office people not sending prescription refills to the right pharmacy. Some of the pharmacies don’t have my medication in stock so I have to call around and see who has it available. It’s frustrating because I call the pharmacy and it’s available, I call the doctors office and ask them to refill it and tell them what pharmacy to send it to, they send it to the wrong pharmacy, I call back to have them change it, they send it to the wrong pharmacy again. Im going to start this by saying I absolutely have had an amazing experience with Dr Gregory and Gloria and I’ve been going here for the past 15 years as well as my family I called to make an appointment yesterday and wasn’t aware if you hadn’t seen the Dr in over a year you were considered a new patient which is fine however the woman over the phone was extremely rude like EXTREMELY rude no customer service whatsoever when I tried making an appointment she said and I quote “First of all we don’t have anything available next... read more
