Dr Ceus has failed in the following ways: Failed to submit a promised referral from my first appointment. Failed to submit for the discussed bloodwork from my first appointment. After I called and requested the bloodwork actually be ordered, he ordered the wrong bloodwork. Promised me a STAT referral (2-3 days, his words) from my second appointment.
