I've never had a bad experience in this office dr. Cecil is one of the most gentlest people that I've ever come in contact being a dentist I never felt no pain whatsoever and he only gives me enough novocaine to make me a little numb @ my request. Sometimes he tells me now it has to really be numb. I gave him all five stars and his staffers
