08/2023 - 02/2025 Dr. Gregory Farino has been my hand orthopedic doctor for over two years. At the time I met him he was working at 360 Orthopedic and I was very pleased with the care he provided to both my hands with my CMC issues. He is caring and very knowledgeable. He explained my problem very well, suggesting that I start with cortisone injections and see how it works. Doctor Farino helped me with my corporal tunnel, keeping me from having to have it operated on at this time and has been very helpful in several other issues that I’ve had with certainly recommend him highly
