I went in needed referral fo mental health isssues took 2 weeks to even get a response and after they finally got me a referral for a psychologist 3 times after I kept telling them I needed a psychiatrist I will never return to this clinics the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor.. please please stay away especially if you are strut and/ot actually need help. I would give less stars if I could
Terrible. I was charged over $300 for a visit when I saw the doctor for 5 minutes after being called back late for my appointment that I showed up early for and sitting in the back rock for 15 minutes waiting to be seen. I do not recommend this physician.
Sadly, this office practices strict adherence to CDC vaccine schedule for children rather than work with parents as the decision-makers to tailor a reasonable plan to each child's unique risk profile, thereby excluding some children from optimal medical care. Profits over patients.
The care was good, but there was no follow-up appointment made after my daughter's MRI. I had to make that myself after calling multiple times to try to get her results. Their phone system is kind of terrible. It's difficult to talk to a person so get ready to leave a message and wait for them to (hopefully) call you back for answers. In addition, their hours on Google are wrong. They are closed from 12:00 to 1:00. Discovered that when I drove up just now. I've submitted to Google so hopefully they will fix that.
I see Amy she's a nurse practitioner and she's absolutely fantastic. My only complaint is returning patients phone calls. They called me last Thursday to give me my lab results. Unfortunately I was in the bathroom. They asked me to call them back. I've called them every day since then, and they have not returned my phone call. I've thought about find a primary care physician but I'm afraid I'd come off looking petty.
