A total arrogant human being. Mr. Gregory went out of his way to make people feel inferior to him and his so called status. I recall a friend and his wife joined us for dinner at Old Club where Mr. Gregory could not understand why he did not know us since we were traveling from our Club CIC. Mark and his crew have totally changed the culture at Detroit Boat Basin. In addition to winterizing and launch, this year they assisted Tres Joli with the water pump, windmeter, headsail halyard and assorted other items promptly and efficiently. I can't say enough good things about the night and day difference since Mark took over the yard. Thanks guys! We are going in today!
I worked for Scott for almost 10 years back in the 80's and enjoyed all but maybe one week while I was there. That wasn't even Scott's fault. In some ways I wish I never left, but at the time I thought it was the best thing for me and my family.
They dropped my boat. Fell off their crappy hydraulic lift trailer and caused $60k damage and lost the entire summer season to repairs. And all they did was to give me the number of their insurance agent. They wanted to be paid for the disaster they had caused. Unbelievable.
