Except for older lady at front desk staff is aloof and not very helpful. When told one insurance would not cover test. Called to give secondary info and was told I would have to call myself and get confirmation and have ok faxed to them. They did not want to seem to resolve issue. Had gave 2nd card info at appt but they did not want to confirm when I had been told before it had been approved . Very frustrating to have to deal with on my own when they have codes to submit and I do not
Horrible experiences with this doctor and staff. Either they misdiagnose you with a terminal illness or they tell you everything is fine when you actually might have a terminal illness. Both of these things happened to a friend and a family member.
Dr Tirdel is not only knowledgeable, which you expect a specialist to be: He also listen's carefully to the patient and is more than willing to answer questions and never makes you feel rushed.
Dr. Tirdel is awesome. He identified a condition I’ve been dealing with for years. Some testing confirmed his suspicions and my life has changed for the better! Intuitive and thoughtful. His staff has had their moments but definitely gotten better! I don’t cringe at the thought of dealing with them anymore.
Front desk needs severe training in patient care
