I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new dentist. When I called to inquire, I was advised to go to the website and complete the new patient forms and to call back to ensure they were received. I do so immediately, when I called back, they could not locate the forms at the time, but I was advised that it could take a moment or two and that if they call me back, that they didn't receive them and to assume that if they did NOT call me, they were received and would be processed.
