Too make it brief, I was seeking out an architecture estimate's for a multiple long term projects of mine. First decided to call them to see if I could maybe set up an appointment. But while on the phone with the person I've talked too, had no incentive or moral compacity to help or ask questions just "Yessed and Ummed" me to death... then processed to give me an outrageous price, compared to if you just ask around at other places. At this point, do yourself a favor save your time money and stay away.
Stay far away. He charged $80,000 for work that could have been done by an experienced architect for a fraction of the cost. I got the same work done for $10,000. When I wanted a revision on the plans he charged $80,000 for, he wanted to charge another $20,000. This was a simple home addition. Run, don't walk...
