Dr Robertson has done two surgeries for me. He is attentive, patient and makes sure you fully understand what the surgery entails. His surgical skill is wonderful. My follow up and removal of my drain went well and my wound is healing nicely. His office staff, MA and NP are all wonderful. Friendly, kind and helpful.
Very unprofessional, arrived over 2h to scheduled surgery. I knew it was scheduled appropriately because even the anesthesia person was ready to go. Never apologized or addressed it. Apparently he does this often according to the hospital staff. Even staff are fed up with it seems like. If he is this unprofessional… imagine what he would do to you under the knife. Will never let him take care of my family again.
Dr. Robertson is fine, good even, but his office staff leaves something to be desired. Played phone tag for 10 days to get my initial appointment. I had the surgery on a Wednesday, pain was severe after. (Which was expected) I called the office Friday to request additional pain medicine as I wasn't even able to sleep and was nearing empty on my prescription. In addition, I had some concerns that there was a protrusion that shouldn't be there. She snapped at me that they don't do refills but would ask the doctor. She called b... read more
