I'm pretty sure the business in permanently closed, so I'm just being petty at this point. If I could give zero stars I would. This attorney completely screwed up the family trust documents and we are now having to spend more money and more time and effort to untangle the mess he made. I see on the California state bar website he's had a couple disciplinary actions, a suspension, and eventual disbarment and I am absolutely not surprised.

Mr Broiles worked through a complex tax issue (problem) created by a CPA. It took nearly a year to resolve - the staff at LP was always helpful and in the end both I and the IRS were satisfied.

A lawyer who took our money and did nothing Give him a retainer and pray he will do something for you He did nothing for us except not return our retainer.

We have been trying to contact the attorney to finish up on a Living Will to close out an Estate. After 2 months of phone calls and emails which he has never replied to, we are looking for another attorney. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and with the California State Bar. I suggest you find an alternative attorney.
