Dirk and Alicia have stopped taking our calls or responded to texts emails,etc. The new owner needs to be aware of this situation and respond accordingly! Very unprofessional. We have been waiting for our lights since 2 years! Their follow through and communication skills are abysmal…I wouldn’t give them one star for their work!
