My husband and I bought a Buick Encore from Gregg as a gift for my mother in law. A week after having it, two tires and the battery had to be replaced. When we called him he mentioned he knew the battery might need replacing. However, never once told us. He wouldn’t even give us any sort of money back. He also tried to deny knowing anything was wrong with the tires, yet one of them had a plug.
