No loaner vehicles after paying extra to always get one, Have to take vehicle back for service work that went wrong so I went to Omaha location. The manager did call back to explain a little more in detail. Nothing about not having a loaner vehicle, except a full size pickup! Omaha GY has had the car a week for the new repair. No word from them on approximate time of completion. Only that new bolts had to be ordered. I’m disappointed that I purchased from them. The sale coordination was as bad as the service communication.
Had a 2018 Kia that were looking to trade in that was paid off. Talk to a wonderful salesman named Michael majors. We test drove a 2016 Chevy Equinox that we had seen on their website. Fell in love with it. They gave us an amazing deal on it with trade-in. Drove home with it that day! Would highly recommend the entire team! They even work with our credit union and got us financed without us having to lift a finger!
I purchased a 2025 Chevy blazer EV SS a few months ago. The blazer came with a scratched bumper and I specifically asked for the license plate bracket not to be installed, but it was. I’ve contacted them over the phone multiple times to fix both of these issue's and either been told that they cant order the part or thrown around from department to department, every time I’m promised to call back and never get one. Michael Major was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better sales Rep. He made everything smooth, quick and hassle free. We went to several other dealerships before meeting Michael. We have lots of dealerships here in omaha, but choose to drive to Plattsmouth after reaching him on the phone. He has followed up with us since our purchase and ensured me if I have any questions just to let him know. Absolutely no complaints. I highly recommend dealing with him if shopping for a car!
