Courteous and helpful people. Dallas was able to schedule me with a quick appointment for service. Service Manager was knowledgeable and very helpful. The service coordinator was able to provide me with a detailed description of what the problem was and the estimated cost of the repair. The mechanic that did the repair was great and took the time to try to get my LaCrosse out of demonstration mode, and determined that there was a problem with the system because he couldn’t get it to connect to OnStar. When we walked in they were all so nice. Our sales rep Derek Richtsmeier & finance sales person Anthony were GREAT. We ended up staying way past closing and they were all great. Would recommend 100%.
