Gregg Young Chevy of Marshalltown has been my best dealer experience of late. Chris Seay was a great sales guy. He worked respectfully with me and worked through my prefered method of communication. He put in a lot of effort to get me the deal I needed, He was also great when I received my car. I inquired about a specific truck they had and made an appointment to drive it, when I arrived from over an hour &15 minutes away I was told the truck has electrical issues and won’t shut off with the key. ( They could have told me this before I made the drive over), regardless of the electrical issue which they promised to get it fixed and guaranteed their work, we tried to come to a deal on the truck on the condition that they would fix it. Courteous and helpful people. Dallas was able to schedule me with a quick appointment for service. Service Manager was knowledgeable and very helpful. The service coordinator was able to provide me with a detailed description of what the problem was and the estimated cost of the repair. The mechanic that did the repair was great and took the time to try to get my LaCrosse out of demonstration mode, and determined that there was a problem with the system because he couldn’t get it to connect to OnStar. As soon as I walked into the showroom, everyone said Hi. Milagros Lopez, the sales person, was extremely friendly but professional. Really wanted to understand what I wanted in a vehicle. As I decided on which vehicle, she outstanding trying to get me the price I wanted. The general manager was very helpful. I wasn't thrilled with the payments but because of the excellent service I was given and the salesperson, Milagros, I decided to lease a vehicle from Greg Young in Marshalltown.
