I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but after 111 days (over 3.5 months) without my vehicle being repaired, I felt it was important to share my experience. Unfortunately, my experience with Gregg Young’s service department was the worst customer service experience I’ve had at a dealership. Saw a ad for a minivan in Atlantic, Iowa. They arranged to bring it over for me to check it out. It was exactly as listed, certified used and they made my purchase so easy. Thanks Derek we usually dread purchasing vehicles, but you were honest and professional and worked with us to secure this purchase. The 5 years of free services are also an awesome add on. We purchased a new Equinox from Trent Vorhees at Gregg Young Chevrolet in Marshalltown. Trent was very attentive to our needs in a new vehicle. He listened to what we wanted and was never aggressive. I went into the dealership looking for a specific truck I saw on the website. Trent helped me out, pulled the vehicle up and we went on a test drive. Great experience and a good guy. The rest of the team did a very good job as well. They had a lot on their plate plates. It was a very busy day. But they handled it. Trent and the team took care of me and made me feel like a million bucks.
