I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but after 111 days (over 3.5 months) without my vehicle being repaired, I felt it was important to share my experience. Unfortunately, my experience with Gregg Young’s service department was the worst customer service experience I’ve had at a dealership. I got to work with Jacob Green for a few days and he was absolutely wonderful. He listened to what I was wanting, talked to me about everything single thing, and then helped me get something that I am very gappy with. I would definitely work with him and the team again because they did so much to get me what worked for me and what was as close to what I wanted. Big thanks to Jacob Green for everything!!!

Made an evening appointment for Monday January 26th with Derek Richtsmeier to view the 2018 Nissan Murano…drove an hour and a half to view it and possibly negotiate a deal…told them I was preapproved at financial institution for a certain amount and would like to come back to discuss to trade in my current car…they agreed and shook on it…came back today Saturday January 31st to negotiate the deal and do paperwork…worked with the kind salesman Trent and he told he would drive the car up to review it…we came outside it was a C... read more

Courteous and helpful people. Dallas was able to schedule me with a quick appointment for service. Service Manager was knowledgeable and very helpful. The service coordinator was able to provide me with a detailed description of what the problem was and the estimated cost of the repair. The mechanic that did the repair was great and took the time to try to get my LaCrosse out of demonstration mode, and determined that there was a problem with the system because he couldn’t get it to connect to OnStar.
