Obviously Gregg Young doesn’t want to sell vehicles?! I stopped in and drove a pickup that I was interested in. I live 5 hours away from Atlantic & was not driving the vehicle I was looking to trade. Jay told me he would send me an email/text so I could send pics of my pickup to him. That was last Saturday. No news Monday. No news Tuesday. I finally called & left a message but still no response! I had a great experience at Gregg Young. I purchased a new 2026 Traverse, and Adam in sales was professional, straightforward, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. I’d definitely recommend this dealership to others.
Every time I come here I am ignored or barely acknowledged. If I'm asked what I want, the service person continues doing other tasks and never stops to actually listen to what I'm saying. If my husband is along, they address all questions, etc., to him. I am invisible. The costs for parts and labor are consistently higher than other places. I only go here if I absolutely have to.
Thank you Gregg Young in Atlantic, Iowa for the great service and for my awesome new truck. Big shout out to Josh Nielsen for taking good care of me and keeping me calm it was a very good experience and I highly recommend !!!
