Gregg Young Automotive was great. When I broke down I was referred to them by the tow company. My DPF filter was full and not allowing a regeneration on my Ram 2500. The service department took in the truck almost immediately and started the process. The parts department was also on the ball with answering every question I asked about. They were also kind enough to run an extinction cord to chage the lithium battery i use for traveling. I felt everyone here bent over backwards to get me beck on the road. Bought a truck from Atlantic GMC in Iowa while living in Florida. Worked with Adam. Did everything over the phone and trusted them with everywhere. A straight blind buy. Truck just came in today and i am very satisfied. He was wonderful to work with. If I ever come by Atlantic I will be stopping by to shake his hand and buy him lunch. Great dealership to work with. Absolutely in love with my car from the day I bought it. The staff was extremely helpful from start to finish.
Waited 45 extra minutes for a 30 minute job. Then the mechanics didn't tell us the job was finished, we had to go ask after waiting an extra 45 minutes. No apology, they did not seem to care at all. Poor customer service, or should i say no customer service. Will never go there again for anything.
Stopped to use the EV charger, had to work and work to get it going. After 20 minutes finally did. It's a slower charger
