Really polite and helpful
The truck had already sold. They gave me other options. They were very quick on their response.
Talked with 2 different guys for 2 days, only to have a manager call and say the listed price and price we discussed wasn’t accurate.
Jennifer contacted my promptly concerning the car I was interested in. Answered all my questions. We sat up a time to see the car. We ended up purchasing the car and the process was smooth and efficient. Was very pleased with the entire experience.
Took 5 days for a picture
When I went to the dealership the vehicle in question was not there. I was told it did not meet Gregg Young standards so they sent it to auction. I would have appreciate being contacted by Greg Young and being told about the lastest changes. When I arrived I was shown another truck with less milage and and a better price which I could not pass up.
