I am 51 years old and have to say this was the most streamlined and easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. My wife and I live in Kaukauna and originally went to the Bergstrom dealer by our house looking for a new Chrysler Pacifica. Once we had a vehicle picked out Bergstrom came with an offer for my trade in and what the overall financing cost would have been. BUYER BEWARE Looked at a truck on Saturday and liked it, but while driving it the check engine light came on for the fuel filter on the diesel. Salesman said no problem we will get it in on Monday and take care of it. We agreed on a price and told them we would like to purchase the truck after the check engine light was taken care of. Monday afternoon I get a voicemail that the truck has been sold, not to mention that the truck had four thousand more miles than advertised. This has been the single worst consumer experience I have ever had. My truck went in for a warranty repair on March 19th. After a 2 month wait the repair was marked as completed. 3 days later and less than 100 miles the check engine light came back on. Brought it in to run a test and they were not prepared. Scheduled a 2nd appointment on June 3rd and the dealership has had it since. Every repair attempt takes 3-4 weeks with minimal communication.
