Terrible ethics here. Took my car here for a recall notice and they didnt fix the issue, obviously, because the problem reared its ugly head AGAIN months later. Because they "closed out" the recall notice, Ford won't pay for the issue and now I'm in the hole almost 2K out of pocket. Thanks, Gregg Smith Ford.
