I was able to schedule an appointment the same week - which I don't expect but appreciate. The wait time is very acceptable. I leave with confidence that if there are any known issues with my vehicle, I have been informed about them. The people are great to work with. Having a side conversation with the service manager also gave me confidence that I'm dealing with trustworthy people who care about the work they do and treating the customer right.
They are so understanding and happy to help this senior citizens, as well as many others my age. It can be a sad and scary ordeal for elderly when we need help! Just the way they treated us gets my vote for Dealership of the Midwest! If there is such a thing. lol M. Taylor
I stopped by the dealership on Saturday, April 5th hoping the service department was open so I could get some air in a slowly deflating tire. It was not open, but Brian ( I assume a salesperson?) immediately opened up the service bay, cranked up the air compressor and fixed my problem. If this is the quality of the service staff there, you are lucky to have him. Please extend my thanks for his help. Bill Leavenworth, KS
