I have been using Gregg Orr Marine for all of the service needs of my boat since purchasing it new from Orr in 2017. They have always taken great care of me. Today, 10/20 I had a great experience from John my service advisor at the Airport Road Service Center. They were very accommodating of my schedule and was able to get my Moomba winterized not only the same day but within a matter of hours. I am very grateful for this level of professionalism and attention to detail! Thank you John and Lisa!!!
Gregg Orr Marine Service picked my boat up on May 22nd & kept it until June 28th. They delivered the boat back & said they had took it for a test run & it was fixed. The same day, I started it & the same problem occurred again . I called them & they said to drive it for 4 to 5 hr & alarm would go off. It did not go off. I parked it back in boat stall. Hwy 70 Shop: A Disgraceful Display of Incompetence. As a (now former) loyal customer of Hwy 70 Shop (formerly Power Boats of Hot Springs) for over 15 years, I am appalled by their decline into gross negligence and unprofessionalism. My experience, echoed by numerous others who haven’t posted reviews, reflects a business that fails its customers at every level. I entrusted my boat, which was fully operational, to Hwy 70 Shop for winterization and a main seal oil leak repair—a costly job exceeding $5,000 due to engine removal.... read more
