The sales person was Great but when I got the new boat trailer home I noticed a lug nut missing and no cover over the brake cylinder

Found a leaky toilet on RV. Called them on a Saturday and they said they could get us in. Our service advisor, Brian Bishop was extremely friendly and helpful as was everybody we met at their service center. They worked on the toilet. Took it out, reset the seal called us and we went home. Unfortunately later we noticed it leaking again but even though it was getting close to their closing time they wanted to make it right so they had us come back that day.
