This is a terrible company with no commitment to customer service. I took my boat to be winterized with some minor repairs in the fall purchasing their “gold package”. On 2/25/25 they sent me an invoice for $2,331 which I immediately paid. I assumed that the work had been completed since it had been invoiced. Purchased my first bay boat from the Destin location. Sam could not have been more professional and helpful throughout the purchase process. He was very knowledgeable about the boat I was buying, asked great questions about what I wanted, and responded quickly to all of my questions.
