I recommend Dr. Berdy as an ophthalmologic surgeon without reservation. He performed lens replacement surgery on my left eye with insertion of a premium multifocal intraocular lens which functions as advertised. Most recently, he performed laser surgery on my right eye as remedial action for a problem with lens replacement surgery performed by another ophthalmologist. Dr. BERDY IS AN EXCELLENT DR. BUT HIS OFFICE BY FAR THE MOST DISORGANIZED IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. OFFICE IS VERY DISORGANIZED FROM THE PHONES TO SCHEDULING. INSURANCE QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT AS WELL NOT EVEN ASK. IF IT WASN'T FOR DANIELLE IN THE OFFICE I WOULD HAVE GONE ELSEWHERE. DANIELLE NEEDS TO BE RUNNING THAT PLACE. Under staffed computers don't work.doctor is nice. Wait to see him is way to long so he must be over booking. Pushs there meds. Very,very pricey.if your poor don't go.
Great service
My appointment was at 9:30 and I wasn’t called back to the pre-exam room until 10:45. That seems like an excessive wait time. I don’t look forward to going to my bi-annual exams. It’s almost always a 2-3 hour process. My time is also valuable.
