Wanted to give my thank you and compliment to Greg. I’ve been trying to get information on my husband‘s claim. The other party to the accident claimed responsibility and I tried to go through his insurance, but met a dead end. Did not receive responses back from Kimberly Collins? Every time I call Kimberly was on vacation. So when I called Greg, he Found out what was happening, called me back and left a message exactly what is happening with my claim. Received prompt response from Greg.
Went out of their way to make sure that we had the best coverage and provided discounts to keep our payments down. In the end I ended up saving money!
