No show! He didn’t call I had to hunt him down! Finally got a call back (8:30 pm) 3 hours after appointment time and several messages he called! We had everything off of our carpet in the kitchen! Purchased a carpet cleaner at Walmart the next day now we can clean our carpet when we need it done and not have to beg someone to come when we can be at home! NO SHOW!

DO NOT EVER USE GREGERSON CHEM DRY!! Save your money because it is not worth the trouble you’ll get from it! First, the owner and the one young man that assisted him were 2 hours late for my appointment. He said he’d call when he got close. After two hours & 2 other phone calls, I called him again to see how close he was to getting here & he said he was pulling up. They were 2 hours late!!! RecommendedIf you want your carpets cleaned right, and at an affordable price, this is the place to call. Gregerson's cleans the carpet in some of our Farmers Furniture stores, and we are very pleased and will continue to use them.

RecommendedI had Gregersons clean my stained area rug & treat it with protestant. Rug was like new, protectant did a great job, the young man was knowledgeable, & everyone very professional. I am convinced hot steam isn't good for rugs. I prefer chemical cleaning. I've had carpet stains cleaned by pro steamers & stains returned.
Carpet did not look any better after they cleaned it. Assured me it was Dry and they put furniture back on it - only to leave rust spots on carpet.
