I called after a large storm and they made it out first thing the next morning. I thought they were going to be the go to company to take care of my needs. I got a quick once over then was told that there were alot of other people that took priority over my downed tree!?! and they would "be in touch". I haven't heard back from them since. Very disappointed. They have a Yelp review or two that say the same thing so this seems to be a trend with them.
