DR. Horgan is a breath of fresh air. He is a wonderful genuine sincere caring Physician with a great staff. I feel very comfortable with him and have confidence to trust him to treat me. He is knowledgable, an excellent diagnostician who listened to me for as long as it took to understand what I needed. I highly recommend him to everyone. because He is one of the few good Dr.s. Left. I was a patient of Dr Tami for years and he was a great doctor but he became so busy that he did not care for his patients any more. I became just one more number and was always seen by a PA when I was paying for an specialist . He was never available for questions anymore. I decided to change did not go back and as of today I have not received a call or a letter asking for an appt. They just don't care.
