Big thanks to James at EMG Duxford! He kept us updated throughout, never applied any pressure, and genuinely didn’t feel like a typical car salesman. The personalised videos were a brilliant touch too, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. He’s polite, friendly, and nothing ever feels like too much. Fantastic experience!! Purchased a 2025 kicks play.. Staff was super friendly and helpful.. I was just at the dealership having a peak and just about to drive away.. I recently took my 2019 Nissan Pathfinder in for a driveline fluid service, and immediately after the visit I started hearing a flapping/rubbing noise while turning (for example, when entering a ramp). This noise was not present before the service. When I contacted the service center, the experience was very disappointing.
