If I could give 10 stars I would. Larry Silva the parts manager at Gregg Vann Nissan in Cambridge is incredible. The guy knows his stuff and helped me practically rebuild my 1990 300zx. From rush ordering parts, keeping me notified of back orders and giving me the most competitive pricing. He even guided me to order a few parts for my wife's Sentra through their e-store because of a sale going on which saved me 20%. I had come to here to look at a new vehicle since my old Ford was starting to cost way more than I wanted. When I walked in I was met with Sue Vann who was amazing to work with. She understood what I was looking for, and we worked out a fair offer on the trade in for the old car and I ended up purchasing a 2025 Sentra that day. had the pleasure of dealing with Daniela in the service department at Greg Vann Nissan. She was excellent—really knowledgeable about the issue I was having and even managed to save me money. She was friendly the whole time and went out of her way to change my appointment a couple of times so it worked better for me. Customer service can be hard to come by these days, but Daniela went above and beyond. I truly appreciate it.
