I used other company before but they went out of business. I found this company through Service Magic and they gave me a very reasonable quote and the appointment was available to me at the earliest time possible;very professional and helpful. The technician arrived on time as promised and the cost was 30% less than what I paid before! I have put their contact information onto my phonebook and will call them when the spring comes!!

They quoted one price and charged me another. Classic shady business practice. I used this company to winterize my sprinkler system. Bad mistake, they could find the main water shut off and its in the most obvious of places. Worst of all, they charged double the rate that they quoted over the phone. Yet on the bill, they only charged for one unit/hour of work. When I called them to understand the difference in amount, they said "that's what the charge is."

As soon as I put in the request this company called immediately, set up the appointment and actually showed up! I was thrilled. The work is now done and I would gladly recommend Greg Tanzer Sprinklers to anyone. Very professional.
