I've used home advisor many times. Greg Tanzer Sprinklers is amazing. John called me many times. Returned every phone call within minutes. When the Tanzer crew arrived at my home and started trenching my perfect grass I thought I made the biggest mistake of my life..a few hours later..I said to myself, is this for real? They completed the job in 3 1/2 hours & you wouldn't know they were there.
Showed up right when they said they would and knocked out the job in short order.
I made an appointment after couple of days, the company gave me 2hour window for the tech to come. The technician come to my home at the end of this two hour window, but the service was did well.
The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. They did not have the parts to complete the project on the initial visit, as I have an older system but they also did not charge me for that visit. On the return visit they completed the fix and the system is now working fine. They showed up on time both times.
Service was professionally done with no upselling. He arrived on time, was courteous, he had all necessary parts and I was very satisfied.
They came on time and quickly assessed my problem. Pacific Lawn Sprinkler came for estimate and after one week still working on a quote. Use Greg Tanzer instead. They came and fixed the same day. Service guy was courteous and professional. Will recommend and use them going forward.
