Joe Coccitto in Sales made me feel very comfortable during the buying process which has been quite stressful at other dealerships in my experience.
The one star is for the sales team that I believe is pretty good... The lack of remaining stars is for the service department. My truck was there for 3 1/2 weeks and I was told it was done. They were right, it was done going there for service. That was a lie it was not fixed. Thankfully I found another local Ford Dealership that knew how to treat people right and I actually had my truck fixed and back to me in 2 days. So after 16 years and buying 2 vehicles I say goodbye to this dealership. All due to a lie and poor service.... read more
Excellent dealership friendly honest and no dragging there feet at this dealership . I would recommend Greg sweet to anybody and tell them to ask for Mike Zemtelli . You are in excellent Hands with him and the While dealership trust me . Keep doing what you guys do again thank you ! Used EV charger today at this location. It’s level 2 charger which requires J1772 adapter which came with my Tesla. Last eve I was at Shell nearby but found harsh reality I need CCS1 adapter which I dont have. Arranging tow was huge problem but found out about this place. Charging rate started very slow from 2km/hr and after 20 odd minutes it gained upto 25km/hr rate. Anyway it was life saver in no man’s land where they don’t have supercharger nearby.
