My wife and I haven’t lived in El Dorado for many years and only then for only a few brief years. We were discussing our disappointment in today’s doctors. The medicine has improved but the overall family physician has not. Then my wife made the statement that Doctor Smart was the last really good doctor we had. As we reminisced about several cases that the good doctor went above and beyond, I thought I’d write a review. We need many more like him. Intelligent on many levels and caring.
