Though I didn't have Greg representing me as my agent, I was the buyer agent for a recent high-end purchase. Greg is a bit of a unicorn from my perspective--a wonderful combination of honest, hungry, and unabashedly in his client's corner, all while working hard to create a successful outcome for all parties. He was quick to respond, quick to educate (I'm a relative newbie), and also eager to learn whenever and wherever possible. He's a gem! I recommend him highly.

Greg was not our realtor, he was the realtor for the individuals of the home we purchased. We had an extremely fast close, only 2 weeks as the seller was extremely motivated to sell quickly. Greg dragged his feet through this process which ended up delaying our close. My realtor had to spoon feed all of her resources for inspector, roofer and how to proceed with the process. Greg is a a great agent, a great negotiator, and a great guy.
