I am very disappointed with my experience after purchasing a 2015 GMC Terrain from this dealership. At the time of sale, the vehicle had a noticeable shaking/vibration issue that was discussed during the negotiation process. I was offered a $500 reduction but declined it because I was told the dealership would repair the issue, and the repair was included on the “We Owe” agreement. Don't buy a car from here unless you want to spend more money fixing it. This dealership and all of their staff really go out of their way to help their customers. Not only did I get a top of the line vehicles from them but while I was there, I got to witness them helping several people who had been turned down everywhere else and who seemed to find themselves in extremely unfavorable situations. Somehow their friendly staff was able to make it work for them and everyone left happy with a great vehicle. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.
