In my opinion I would stay away from this guy if I were you. He says he completed an inspection for me that he obviously didn’t do or he would’ve saw the mold/black mold 5 feet from the crawlspace opening. Realtor said he was down there for over an hour he told me he was down there for 10 minutes good old boys trying to scam good people. $20,000 later to fix the problem. Please BEWARE don’t let it happen to you.

I needed an inspection quickly and Greg responded to me very quickly. After our first conversation I could tell he was a very down to earth and personable guy. But it was only after he got to work that I realized that he was a veteran at his craft, and a complete professional. He took the time to explain as we went through all the points of inspection.
