Service was fast and friendly. I dropped my car off ahead of scheduled appointment and service was completed very quickly.
No pressure purchase. Salesman friendly knowledgeable and helpful. However. He did include GAP insurance in with other coverage and did not inform me. He explained the other insurance but did mention the $900. GAP insurance. I feel like that was forced on me without my knowledge. The dealership makes money on it I’m sure so am irritated by that. I only found out when the finance person brought to my attention. I had signed everything so chose to continue instead of starting over
