Had my Ring repaired there the stone come lose and fell out , I was lucky and found it. I went back to have it reset and was informed he would not fix it, he hinted that it was my fault and i must have banged it. I only wear it going out nd i do take care of my rings. I had it for 35 years with no issues, the only issue is when they repaired it. I would not recommend them for any service
