I bought a used Ford F-150 pickup truck that was supposedly “serviced, and checked out and in great shape. Pictures all looked great, the Car Fax report was good. It was raining when I picked it up, and already dark. You couldn’t tell if it had any scratches or not. The sales person assured me several times that it only has one place that love bugs had messed up the paint and an easy fix. My salesman, Brad was great to work with. I contacted the dealership to inquire about a new Tundra, and I was very specific on what I wanted. At the time, there was nothing available in the inventory anywhere. Brad found a truck that was perfect, but had not been built yet. We made a deal on the truck, and waited about 5 weeks for it to come in. Brad kept me informed of the timeline throughout the wait.
