My wife and I recently bought a new Toyota Grand Highlander from Greg LeBlanc Toyota through sales rep Elliot “Elbow” Lewis. We are extremely satisfied with our new vehicle. We called Greg LeBlanc Toyota ready to purchase a 4Runner, only to be told they won’t sell to out-of-state buyers. Apparently, they only sell to locals to “keep vehicles in-state.” I’ve never heard anything like that—turning away a guaranteed sale simply because of where the customer lives. A sale is a sale, right? This policy makes absolutely no sense and left a terrible impression. If you’re not a Louisiana resident, don’t waste your time. Avoid this place.

Contacted dealership while shopping for new Tacoma. Salesman Ross Duhon and I communicated via text/email, once I made offer I was ghosted by Mr Duhon, he no longer responded to any attenpts I made to contact him, its obvious his goal was to make as much money as possible and had no intention to settle for anything less. Forced to go to another dealer and a few days later I purchased a Tacoma the salesman was professional and the process was fair and respectful.

I highly recommend Chris DeJean! He made purchasing my new van very quick, easy, and smooth! I had some questions and concerns about the van after the purchase but he listened to my concerns and answered/fixed what was needed! Now, not only do I have a reliable vehicle for my wife and I but also my granddaughter! My granddaughter sure does love going on adventures in it!
