$100k project. His employees were great, but his subs (tile) were sloppy (they actually tiled over the floor vent!). More importantly, he won't stand behind his teams oversight. When notified of an error by his team that we noticed after they left the site, he wouldn't return my calls (his team did not connect the duct vents under bath and laundry room cabinets, so we have to put tiles over the holes to prevent the cabinets from baking, leaving no heat/air circulation in those rooms.)
