I believe the salesmans name was Chris, we ordered a 2025 Yukon and were given the information that the car would take about 3 months. 5 months later still no car and couldn't provide any tracking even though car was supposed to be arriving the next week. Will NEVER do business with them again. Not once did he even apologize or try to make anything right. Go see Tristate Ford to get you in the vehicle you want.

Ron Gravitas was great to work with from when we first met him till we drove away in our 2026 AT4. He is very courteous and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions. He took time to make sure we understood everything about our paperwork to going over how the controls worked in the truck.
