I have AAA and I always ask for Ellinger's if I need tow. My last tow, my 80 yr old mother was with me. Tow truck was there before the person coming to get mom and I. He had the car lifted and we were waiting. It was cold. I asked if he could put the car down so my mom could sit inside and wait. The gentleman was more than happy to do so. I usually never leave feedback, good or bad. But I feel I have to tell people about my experience at Greg ellinger collision. I felt like I was the most important person in the world. They towed my car and gave me a ride home. They took care of the rental. They helped me in anyway they could. John was great, funny made me laugh even tho my day was not so good. Car was fixed in 4 days, and you would never know it was in an accident 4 days ago. Great job! Hope I never go thru this again, but if I do...ill be calling them again... read more
