Purchased a home in Jan 2019 in a nice area in Gallatin. Did over $20k in upgrades and had this company do an appraisal for a re-fi in Nov 2019. It came back $21k below what it appraised for and what I bought it for 11 months earlier!!! Got another appraisal and it came back $7k more than original purchase/appraisal. Tha's $28k more than this company's appraisal. Bottom line, don't use this company
