Probably the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered. Greg was extremely slow during our inspection negotiations process. He was representing buyers trying to purchase our house. After inspection, his buyers had some things they would like us to get done. I agreed to most, but not all things. I got a contractor in right away to get everything done, even before negotiations were over. Inspections was done on a Thursday.
