Been with the agency for years and for the most part as long as I had no issues things ran appropriately. Now once I had an issue Greg Clemens who is very rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Along with his staff they performed unauthorized transactions and due to the fact this was verbal they lied to the billing dept. although it was within the means to correct the situation.
