Greg was great! Did exactly what I requested, at the price he quoted. Took me home after dropping off car, and dropped off car at home when done! (Completely incidental since he was headed my way). Kelly was great the next day when car had computer glitch. I would strongly recommend them, awesome family owned business!
Initially, I had gone to Sears to get my Mini Cooper fixed when I had trouble starting my car. They quoted me over $1000 and said that I needed to get a new Ignition Switch among other things. Deciding to get a second estimate, I went to Greg Clark's. After looking at the problem, I was informed that they could fix the problem – for half the cost! The work was done in a timely and efficient manner – Thanks for the good work!
Quick diagnosis for air conditioning that wasn't working at 107º. Mark was great, the staff efficient, got a ride home while the work was being done.... which turned out to be an electrical relay that needed replacing. And was I lucky - $88.39 and I could continue my visiting and sightseeing in Phoenix with a functioning A/C. If I lived there, Greg Clark would be my go-to place!
For me, the convenience, location, availability, service and pricing was better than I've had with other repair or maintenance places. Keep up the good work.
