Told them I had to get a rental and would only have it for 30 days to call me when they are ready to work on my truck so I could get the rental. Dropped off my truck when they called but it sat outside of business for almost 2 weeks before it was pulled inside the shop to begin repairs. Finally got it back and they did a sloppy job in some areas on my truck plus a few mystery pieces that come off of it somewhere in my truck. We were told that the job would be 3 weeks once the parts were ordered. We had the car delivered on Nov 21 and as of Jan 19 it is still not finished. We have received no communication from them, the only way we get updates is by calling them, at which point we have been lied to continually. I would run from this body shop if recommended.
They did good work on my 2024 mustang. I've had it there twice. Once for a wreck and hail damage and once for a deer. I even didn't like a spot on it after the 1st time and they fixed it no problem and now it looks like it came off the showroom. Nice people and the work was done on time too.
Recommend Chandlers. Clear quote process, affordable price and solid body work. Good people, good work.
