BAIT & SWITCH TACTICS with undisclosed fees and "forgeting to add sales tax" to the quote. I confirmed "out the door total" on the phone not once, but twice! I'm sure their work is as good as any other auto body shop, BUT BEWARE - get a detailed quote in writing, and be sure to bring cash. I based my choice of this shop solely on their quote, which was 10% lower than other shops in the general area.
