I was being stalked by a former intimate partner who kept showing up on the property managed by 1st choice. Since he wasn't coming into the building but sitting in the parking lot, it was permitted. I begged for over 4 weeks for this person to be barred by management especially since he didn't live here. They said they sent a notarized letter barring him but refused to provide me a copy. Although its hard to decipher what the reviewers issue(s) is/are due to all of the extraneous information, we submit the following response:1. We are a Real Estatefirm. The local police department would be the appropriate place to address the reviewer's first issue but as a courtesy, we did issue a certified no-trespass letter.2. The reviewer received an eviction notice from the local Court system due to non-payment of rent.3. The eviction notice required the reviewer to leave the premises.
