I have always loved going to this office. Dr Todd and the hygienist are always super friendly and engage in meaningful conversation. However, the front desk staff is awful. Rude, snarky, and condescending. Extremely unprofessional and honestly a horrible reflection on the dentist aspect of the office. First off i filled out the initial application for my son to go there. I said on it that we dont give our kids floride. First visit, they put the floride paste on my childs teeth. The office was so busy no one knew what was going on. I agreed to have one tooth extraction and 1-2 caps installed. So flashforward a couple days now that my kid is better, i look in his mouth. There is six caps. I didnt authorize this. Now my child gets to start kindergarden with six visable caps in his mouth.

Was not impressed no with his implant placement each had to be redone. Some money refunded but not all. Had to go to another local dentist and have procedures redone

I had several implants placed. Dr Greeson kept me informed of every step of the procedure. The cost was far more fair than other dentists I compared him to in our area. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

I would not recommend Dr. Greeson for pediatric patients. Although advertised as a family practice for all ages, Dr. Greeson was unprofessional when dealing with my 6-year-old daughter who was crying because she was scared, but otherwise compliant. The second appointment that this happened, he didn't even enter the room, but had the hygienist tell us that they could not continue the visit and told us to take her to a pediatric dentist who is out of network.
