I have been on long term disability from my job for 2.5 years for various physical and mental issues. I have been seeing Dr's, specialists, counselors, and psychiatrists all this time. I just got approved for Disability so now Metlife is trying to say I no longer am disabled so they don't have to pay me any longer. Dr. Richardson did an "independent review", had not met with me or spoken to me and is telling them that I am not disabled. How can he make a judgment like that without even treating me?
